Digital Marketing Campaigns
The price assigned to the campaign depends directly on the quote proposal presented, with the basis being the time period to activate the service, which can be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

We request all necessary resources for the realization of the work according to what the account strategist asks, among this we will always find:
- Costs and prices of the service or product offered by the client in the requested formats (those delivered by the account strategist).
- Identity or branding manuals; if they do not exist, at least a logo and brand name.
- Detailed breakdown of the product, service, and brand in the requested formats.
- Access permissions conducive to the manipulation of the assigned digital media.
In the event that such feedback does not exist, the proposed strategy is put at risk, so at that moment we reserve the fulfillment of the established goals.

About the onboarding process: To activate the campaign, we use a multi-step process.
1. We connect and understand your needs via videoconference or call.
2. We create a strategic proposal based on a scalable annual plan, which generates monthly goals.
3. The plan is discussed and feedback is provided to clarify objectives and key points.
4. We activate the plan according to the dates established in the strategy, which consists of the following:
- We request the basic configuration as well as access to the media to be activated according to the plan (social media, websites, and/or others).
- We send a ticket with payment information.
- Once payment is made, we start according to the calendar.
The period to get from step 1 to step 2, provided the brand provides the resources in a timely manner, is 1 to 2 business days for delivery. In case the client delays any of the steps, we likewise reserve the right to delay the sending of the strategic proposal in question.

About content (In case your strategy contemplates content creation): We deliver all content divided into two batches on a bi-weekly basis as follows:
- We create a Gmail account with the brand name.
- We share a folder named: "content". In said folder, we attach an Excel file containing the Post Scheduling and a folder for each month we activate the service. This way, the brand can review the content by comparing the Excel file with each publication.
For example, in the calendar, they are numbered from 1 to 12 (the number depends on the contracted plan). This numbering is linked to each content we upload to the folder. Thus, if the calendar says "#1 reel about love", you will find inside the folder a reel named #1 corresponding to the calendar.

Up to 3 changes can be made in total for all publications with a maximum period of 3 business days for each case.

There are services that require adding additional documentation to run paid advertising, such as services offering games of chance, lottery-based betting; as well as everything related to politics and social issues. In these cases, we can handle an organic proposal without problems, but for publishing ads, it is important that the brand has all the documentation requested by our representatives in the requested format. For such cases, social networks ask for:
- An ID that can authenticate or identify the owner of the brand.
- An official document or permit that guarantees the brand has permission to advertise.

Plan payment dates are registered according to the established quote. In case of not registering a payment, we will suspend the service until we see it registered again.
We request compliance with feedback during the delivery of each monthly report to meet the established monthly goal, so in case of non-compliance with said feedback, we reserve the right to fulfill the pre-established goals.
It is the client's obligation to provide the resources and respect the onboarding process to ensure continuity and correct development of the service. If there is no appropriate follow-up to this, the agency may decline participation in the service, issuing a refund of the amount paid if necessary. All this is to be able to implement services appropriately for both parties: Client and Agency, and so as not to affect the reputation and quality standard of the brand.

TR Plans
These plans are aimed at all brands that need a network strategy focused on TikTok and Instagram, requiring a person to represent the brand (lend their image) and generate content that adapts to current trends.

We assign the representative according to your brand's branding and create a complete strategy to distribute content and logistics for the person's visits; therefore, we reserve the choice of the designated person. On the other hand, the visit calendar is made according to a proposal which each brand must accept or correct according to their own interests and times.

All content is delivered week by week, making a proposal up to two days before publishing.

About content: We deliver all content weekly as follows:
- We create a Gmail account with the brand name.

- The client must verify the content in said folder.

The brand representative visits the client in the time periods pre-established with the monthly calendar by the account strategist. In case the representative attends and there is no one who can receive them, we reserve the right to record and adapt the content, improvising and obtaining content in a different way than planned.

In case the client delays in giving approval of the content, we delay publication 1 day for each day delayed.

The price shown to the public in these plans does not contain VAT; therefore, if an invoice is required, it will be added to generate a more practical and simple collection scheme. Payment options in both cases are as follows:
- Without invoice: electronic transfer, payment link for credit/debit card, or convenience stores.
- With invoice: electronic transfer, payment link for convenience stores.

The plans are subject to a unique annual plan that distributes measurable objectives during each month. Said objectives are determined directly by the assigned account strategist according to the protocols and internal guides we provide, so contact and feedback from the client to the strategist is requested. This feedback consists of delivering all necessary resources for the realization of the work according to what the account strategist asks, among this we will always find:
- Costs and prices of the service or product offered by the client in the requested formats.
- Identity or branding manuals; if they do not exist, at least a logo and brand name.
- Detailed breakdown of the product, service, and brand in the requested formats.
- Accounts and passwords of the requested media (we establish clause 9 for this part).
In case of not existing said feedback, the annual and monthly strategy is put at risk, so at that moment, the client waives their guarantees.

We request a basic configuration and/or the transfer of accounts and passwords of the digital media to be activated during the plan (all information is backed up and used according to the personal data privacy notice attached to this document) according to the following case:

Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok: Derived from the limitations produced by TikTok tools regarding the use of their assets, we request the account and password of the network in order to correctly manage the publication calendar as well as manage other resources.

Community management service: We assign a community manager shared with other brands, who is dedicated to sharing daily content to create greater reach. We assign a series of activities which we call "organic growth activities," among which we include: sharing stories, sharing Facebook content in groups, sharing products in the marketplace (if conducive to the brand). All these activities are done recurrently but are activated in a way that does not affect social media policies, so we retain the right to do so in determined periods.

About the onboarding process: To activate this plan, we use a multi-step process.

We fill out a basic information form, which is complemented by direct questions from a brand advisor as well as special requests, including information about products or services and ways the brand has been considered. Likewise, resources such as fiscal information (if invoice required) and payment method are requested.
3. We create a strategic proposal based on a scalable annual plan, which generates monthly goals and a calendar of visits by the brand representative.
4. The plan is discussed and feedback is provided to clarify objectives and key points.
5. We activate the plan according to the dates established in the strategy, consisting of:
- Requesting basic configuration and access to media (social networks, websites, etc.).
- Sending a payment ticket.
- Once payment is made, we begin according to the calendar.

The period to get from step 1 to step 3, provided the brand provides resources appropriately, is 1 to 2 business days. In case of client delay in any steps, we reserve the right to delay the sending of the strategic proposal.

You can make up to 3 changes in total for all publications with a maximum period of 3 business days for each case.

Plan payment dates are registered monthly according to the first one; for example, if you pay on the 20th for the opening of your plan, the 20th of the following month will be your payment date. In case of not registering a payment, we will suspend the service until we see it registered again.

Digital Development Plans and other services
These plans are aimed at all SMEs, projects, or ideas seeking to encourage a marketing proposal that allows them to develop brand positioning. In case of detecting that the brand is not or is no longer considered an SME, we will proceed to offer other services that better fit their needs. For this, we leave a list or tabulator of characteristics that allows us to define it; if it fails any of the following points, it does not have the right to receive this service:
- Income less than 100 thousand pesos per month.
- Human capital of 1 to 15 workers.
- Newly created company.

The price shown to the public in these plans does not contain VAT; therefore, if an invoice is required, it will be added. Payment options are the same as mentioned above.

The plans are subject to a unique annual plan with measurable monthly objectives determined by the strategist. Client feedback is required (delivering resources, costs, manuals, passwords). Lack of feedback waives guarantees.

We request basic configuration and/or transfer of accounts/passwords (backed by privacy notice):
- Facebook: We need a page with the brand name and a Business Manager account. If not available: - If no account exists: We can create one with a Gmail email, delivering credentials to the client. - If the client has FB but no commercial account: We request credentials to configure/manage the commercial account.
- Instagram/TikTok/Twitter: Credentials required due to tool limitations.

Websites: We can operate sites created with WordPress, code, or builders. We require:
- WordPress: Access user and password.
- Code: FTP user and password.
- Editor: User and password.

Community management service: Shared CM for organic growth activities (sharing stories, groups, marketplace) done periodically to comply with policies.

Onboarding Process:
1. Connect via call.
2. Fill out info form + special requests + fiscal info.
3. Strategic proposal creation.
4. Plan discussion/feedback.
5. Activation (Access request -> Payment ticket -> Start).
Timeline: 1 to 3 business days if resources provided.

About Content: Delivered bi-weekly via Drive folder with Excel calendar. Up to 3 changes allowed (3 business days max).

Restricted services (gambling, politics, etc.) require official documentation/ID for paid ads.

Website Financing:
The website included in your plan is financed over 12, 8, and 4 months for Basic, Premium, and Boost plans respectively. After these periods, if the brand continues with us for more than 1 year, we continue financing annual expenses (domain, hosting, SSL, email). If the brand leaves, they must pay these expenses autonomously. Payment is made directly to the partner: Hostinger.

If a client decides not to renew and has a created website, we can provide a quote with the difference between the paid period and remaining period based on site valuation. Example: If a site is valued at 4800 and you need 8 months (600/month) but leave at month 5 (3000 paid), you would pay 1800 to release the site.

Plans include specific website update dates and quantities. Extra updates cost $150 MXN each.

Feedback compliance on monthly reports is required to meet goals.

Website Updates include:
- Creation of new sections/elements.
- Creation of new pages.
- Update of 1 or more products (up to 30).
- Connection with another platform.
Any other requirement is paid separately.

Upon completion of the loyalty plan period, the client must request hosting control to pay for their site renewal. If not done, the plan extends to 12 months; if staying, the loyalty plan renews for 1 more year.

About your ads: We manage Google Ads campaigns provided your ad spend reaches 7500 pesos monthly. If it exceeds this, we charge a 12% management commission.

About your content: Plans have a set monthly content amount designed considering social media rules and brand goals:
- Basic Plan: Up to 2 posts/week + 4 ad contents.
- Premium Plan: Up to 3 posts/week + 8 ad contents.
- Boost Plan: Up to 4 posts/week + 12 ad contents.

If no inorganic (paid) plan is active, ad contents focus on current trends.
Extra ad content is scheduled daily according to strategy needs.
Content Extension Clause: If goals aren't met with the current proposal, we add additional content to guarantee compliance.
Content is based on brand resources + stock. Photo/video services are optional and quoted separately.

Brand Stories:
All packages offer a dynamic stories service. We execute an extraordinary daily plan to leverage the stories section (FB, IG, Twitter), sharing continuously according to uploaded content, trends, and audience contact. We do not specify a number of stories per month as this is dynamic; however, this factor is evaluated and conducted daily.
If a specific campaign for stories is activated, we schedule publication regularly.
